Victoria has a 20 year background in education, teaching English Literature and ESOL to a range of post 16 students and adults. She was lead curriculum designer for teaching engineering students from the UAE for their IELTS university entrance exams. She has also taught Access courses for adults wishing to start degrees. She was lead IV for OCR’s vocational qualifications in Key Skills and Functional Skills responsible for overseeing 1500 yearly qualifications. Victoria has been an examiner for Edexcel A level qualifications and a PGCE mentor for students studying to become teachers. She was an Advanced Practitioner, involved in training teachers and ensuring good practice as part of the quality team linked to managing Ofsted Inspections. She has an MA in Literary Criticism.
