Jonathan Goodwin has a Masters (Commendation) Learning and Teaching and has had the pleasure of a career spanning 30 years in teaching and senior leadership. Seeing how learners’ needs have evolved in a changing global landscape, has always kept him driven as an educationalist. Jonathan has been responsible for planning, facilitating, and developing learning, ensuring it is delivered to the highest quality. The learner’s journey has always been the focus of all Jonathan has done. The joy of seeing individuals succeed and move their careers forward makes what he does as a facilitator so rewarding.
Outside of the working environment, Jonathan has been engaged in the Performing Arts sector as a performer, director, and artistic director. Creativity is at Jonathan’s core. The excitement of being involved and seeing live theatre has been part of Jonathan’s life since he was a child. His mantra is to do something creative every day. As Maya Angelou stated:
You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.
