Dr Madeleine Mansfield supports learners and is part of the delivery team for Level 7 programmes at Oakwood International. Madeleine began her career in project management and large scale recruitment, before gaining her Bachelors, Masters and PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University. Her research interests include human resource management, small business development and teaching and learning. Madeleine has worked with universities and education organisations in the UK and internationally for over 10 years to support learner success and to deliver world-class learning experiences.
Alongside her work with Oakwood, Madeleine works with organisations and individuals to coach and develop impactful leadership and change. She is an Academic Associate of CIPD, Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and Senior Fellow if the Higher Education Academy.
