Deborah Groves is an Associate Director at Oakwood International, and is based in UK.
Having worked extensively with both public and private sector organisations, Deborah is a highly experienced International trainer, with a strong delivery record across the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, Turkey, Canada and the Caribbean. An energetic and highly motivated professional, Deborah has a wide range of experience and a substantial record of HR and learning and development experience in both corporate and more challenging and unstable working environments.
A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and ILM certified Coach, Deborah holds a diploma in Security Risk management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
In addition to her Associate Consultant role at Oakwood International, Deborah works as a specialist trainer in hostile environment awareness and crisis management – working with international clients to enable safe systems of operating for their staff and businesses in more fragile locations worldwide.
Personal and fun:
Deborah resides in the UK and is currently working as part of the National COVID 19 volunteer team – facilitating the safe delivery and operation of temporary vaccination centres in the south of England. + something else?

Deborah has extensive operational management experience and works closely with a wide range of industries from Government, security, medical, aviation and oil and gas. She also works as a civilian within the security industry predominantly in advanced soft skills, conflict management, de-escalation and crisis management.
