For Middle Managers, The CMI Level 5 Qualification in Management & Leadership perfect as this course focus on developing core management skills such as managing resources, recruitment, and information management.

These highly prestigious qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or a business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy. The CMI Level 5 Qualification teaches you everything you need to know, not only to do your job excellently but exceed expectations.

Content of the CMI Level 5 Qualification:

The Certificate and Diploma is delivered ‘modules’ of five days. The Certificate requires a commitment of 10 days, while the Diploma requires a further two modules to bring the qualification length up to 20 days. Content covered includes:
