- Our new ILM and CMI programs
In Dubai, UAE we are also looking for tutors who can deliver the above qualifications. Delivery can be either face to face in the MENA region or delivered online.
In both roles, we are looking for people to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- CIPD Level 5 Organisational L&D
- CIPD Level 5 People Management

More Information on the Marker/Assessor Role
Oakwood are looking for highly motivated, suitably qualified individuals to deliver high quality marking and student feedback in a timely and consistent fashion. We would like an enthusiastic, professional freelancer with a passion for feedback, marking, and assessment.
Our objective is to ensure that students studying with us receive an excellent learning experience. This is achieved by delivering consistent, justified, and timely assessment marking and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working remotely (with some physical attendance required for training for certain aspects of the assessment process in Haywards Heath, West Sussex – although this can take place online).
The qualifications for which we currently have a specific and immediate demand for are:
- CIPD Level 3 – People Practice.
- CIPD Level 5 – Organisation Learning & Development
- CIPD Level 5 – People Management
- Our growing ILM and CMI programs
Your role will also include:
- Online marking of student submissions
- Providing written formative feedback relating to student planning and draft submissions
- Teamwork with fellow markers, quality assurance, and program managers to ensure deadlines are met
Essential Requirements:
- The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative
- Student-centric
- A ‘can-do’ positive approach to workload management with the ability to proactively prioritise accordingly
- A person who is happy to take ownership and embraces accountability
- Relevant Academic and/or Professional Qualification(s) applicable to the subject area and level of assessment
